One garage door sensor is green one is red.
There usually is a light on each sensor.
The transmitters remotes will not work to close the garage door.

One will have a green light that signifies power to the units and the other will have a red light that signifies that the sensors are seeing each other i e.

The green light signifies your sensors have power while the red light signifies the sensors are aligned.
If just the red source led is out unplug the mechanism check the wiring and plug it back in.
Did pull screw level to see if that was an issue re engaged lever not sure if did it up or down and still same problem.
And when they re blinking they re flashing a warning to the homeowner that something needs to be corrected.
At that point a homeowner may want to try.
